Is it safe to order from rockworldeast.com?

 Yes. It is more safe to order online from an established & reputable store like rockworldeast.com, where you can phone someone in our warehouse sales department (that is attached to a physical address that is registered legally to a company name), than many other sites that offer no contact ability other than a "Contact Us" page. The biggest risk, in our opinions, in buying from someone on the interent is not knowing who you are dealing with. We are a well known and respected company. We store no customer credit card information online, therefore, nobody can steal your credit card information from us.

  • TO SHRINK SLIGHTLY: warm washing and hot drying
  •  TO STRETCH SLIGHTLY: cold washing and gently stretching, then hanging dry.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are shipped sameday or the next day. In rare cases items ship in one to five working days. Once shipped please allow the estimated number of business days for your order to arrive to you. You will find that "ETA" delivery estimate in your shipping confirmation, which is sent to your email address when your order ships (if you have not recieved it please check your Spam box for mail from info@rockworldeast.com ).

What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived?
Please allow the estimated number of business days for your order to arrive to you. You will find that "ETA" delivery estimate in your shipping confirmation, which is sent to your email address when your order ships (if you have not recieved it please check your Spam box for mail from info@rockworldeast.com ).

What should I do if I have problems placing my order?
If you have a problem at any point entering your order you may abandon your cart an place another order. If you have already paid and you have any concerns please contact us using the Contact Us page on the navigation bar above.

 


 

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
If you have already paid and you need to cancel your order please contact us using the Contact Us page on the navigation bar above and we will do our best to accomodate you (if your order has not already shipped).

 


 

What do I do if I've placed a duplicate order?
If you order twice by mistake please contact us using the Contact Us page on the navigation bar above and tell us the reference number of the item you want cancelled. We will arrange to cancel to your order and refund you any money you’ve paid. You can only cancel an order before it is shipped.

 


 

 

Why didn’t I receive an email confirming my order?
If you did not receive an email confirmation after you order please check your Spam box for mail from info@rockworldeast.com. If you cannot find your order confirmation in your Spam box please contact us using the "Contact Us" page on the navigation bar above and we will resend it to you.

 


 

 

How can I tell if an item is in stock?
If a product is available to buy it is in stock and available for shipping, though in rare cases we may discover later that the item is in fact out of stock due to brisk wholesale business that day. If this happens we will contact you and offer a replacement of your choice or refund you the value of the out-of-stock item. 

 


 

 

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for on your website?
 Check back soon! We add products every day or so. You can also email us and ask if there is anything you think we should have, but do not see.

 


 

 Do you have a catalogue?
No. Our inventory is too HUGE to put in a catalogue.

 


 

Do you offer wholesale prices to shops and other businesses?
 Yes! Our primary mission is the supply and support of retail businesses and merchants. You must have a business number, registered by your local government, to apply for a wholesale account with us. Currently we are not taking any wholesale customers outside North Amercia.

 


 

How accurate are the sizes listed on the site?
Please see our size chart to see the measurements of garments. Due to various manufactuers, however, there may be slight variations in design and style.

How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse an automated email is sent to your registered email address letting you know when it shipped and when it should arrive.

 


 

Can I return my order?
All products sold to an individual are sold on a non-returnable basis. You have thirty days to return damaged or defective products. As well, you may return, upon approval of ROCKWORLDEAST staff, any ill fitting items in exchange for a different size. You will be charged a minimal fee for shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.

 


 

I’m not at home during the day. How can I get my goods?
Your local postal delivery person will leave a slip with the time of attempted delivery and a pick up location if you are not home to receive your package when they attempt to deliver it.

 


 

What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit?
We take a great deal of care when packing orders to make sure that the items you’ve ordered arrive undamaged, however, occasionally goods do get damaged in transit. If this is the case contact us using the Contact Us page on the navigation bar above.

 


 

 What should I do if some of my order is missing?
There can be a couple of reasons why you may receive your order with some items missing. The usual reason is that your order has been sent out in more than one package and you haven’t received them all yet. This often happens when an order contains more than ten posters or when you have ordered posters in the same order as either postcards or shirts. Another cause is that one of the items you ordered was unavailable and so we have refunded you for that item. If this has happened you will be contacted with details regarding the refund. If anything is missing from your order we also may have made a mistake, it happens very rarely, however you should contact us using the Contact Us page on the navigation bar above or call our customer service at 888-431-9495 and explain the situation.
